Thank you for shopping with E. Wolff. Each book and product is created with care and passion, and we want every reader to be satisfied with their purchase.
Please review the policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Physical Books (Paperbacks)

• All sales are final.
  Because each order is printed and fulfilled individually, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or minor imperfections.

• Damaged or Defective Orders:
  If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage or printing issue

  • A brief description of the problem

  Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

• Shipping Errors:
  If you received the wrong title or an incomplete shipment, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, PDFs)

• All digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once accessed or delivered, due to the instant nature of digital content.

• If you experience a download issue or incorrect file link, contact me through the contact form on my website for a corrected file or replacement link.

3. Third-Party Purchases

• Orders placed through Amazon, Kindle Unlimited, BookShop, TikTok Shop, or other retail partners are covered by their own return policies.

• Please contact those platforms directly for refunds or replacements on purchases made outside of ewolffauthor.com.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard U.S. delivery is 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

• E. Wolff is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by postal carriers.

• Tracking numbers are provided whenever available; please confirm your shipping address before checkout.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, except in cases of confirmed damage or incorrect items.
